Your goods are covered by our goods in transit insurance policy. Please carefully check the goods by unpacking them before accepting the delivery. If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If you accept delivery, this means you are accepting the order as being in good condition and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want want to claim. Therefore once the delivery is accepted, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund. Please note this does not apply to B grade items, as these may have existing transport damages.

All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer. Failure to do so will void the products warranty.

Important information on cold room/freezer room deliveries

The product is delivered flat pack on a pallet.
Standard deliveries will require a forklift to unload in a safe manner.
Standard deliveries on a tail lift vehicle will require a pump truck if the frame walls can be lowered in a safe manner.
In the instance that neither a forklift or pallet truck is available please call for a specialised transportation quote.
The delivery driver/vehicle will have a maximum of 10-15 minutes to wait until the recipient(s) remove the product before the vehicle departs in the allotted time.
Please note that any damages to the product or premises by the delivery staff while on or in the customer premises are the responsibility of the customer.
Double manned deliveries are available upon request. Additional costs apply & can be advised on request of the double manned service. The service includes product manoeuvred in to the premises for the customer to unpack within a timely manner and product packaging removed.
