At Adexa Direct, we offer different delivery options so you can be in charge of when you will receive your order.


Our Delivery Rules

Please ensure you read and understand our delivery rules before ordering from Adexa Direct:

  • Delivery is made kerbside only. Please note that the drivers do not unpack or position goods.
  • Please carefully check the goods by unpacking them before signing for the delivery.
  • If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product.
  • If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
  • All items on our website are in stock unless stated.

Mainland UK

Our delivery options are based on the value of your order. There are 4 delivery options available for the UK mainland:

  1. Free Shipping is available for orders over £75 (excluding VAT)  – please ensure at check out if your zone is covered for free delivery before making any purchase. This will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
  2. Fixed Rate Shipping is available for £9.59 (including VAT), for orders under £75. This will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
  3. Next Day Delivery is available for all orders, with costs starting from £9.59 (including VAT). Orders must be placed before 12pm to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries will be made on working days only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered Tuesday.
    This requires items to be in stock and is subject to availability. Not available for orders paid by bank transfer due to the time it takes for the bank transfer to be confirmed.
  4. JUST LAUNCHED: Weekend Delivery is available for orders placed between Monday and Friday, with prices starting from £19.59 (including VAT). Orders must be placed by 12pm on Friday to ensure weekend delivery.
    This requires items to be in stock and is subject to availability. Not available for orders paid by bank transfer due to the time it takes for the bank transfer to be confirmed.

Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Scottish Isles/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight

Our delivery options are based on the value of your order. There are 2 delivery options available for Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Scottish Isles/Isle of Man/Isle of Wight:

  1. Shipping will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
  2. Fixed Rate Shipping costs are based on the value of your order (including VAT) and are calculated on the payment page based on the value/size of the order and the post code and/or delivery restrictions that may apply.
  3. For Northern Ireland XI-EORI/EORI NUMBERS An EORI (Economic Operator Identification Number) is a unique number that identifies a trader with Customs. It is required on customs exit and entry documents to ensure goods can be processed – plus other Customs communications, if this cannot be provided after purchase charges laid out in our terms and conditions are chargeable. PALLET DELIVERIES ONLY to Northern Ireland.

Ireland/Channel Islands

Our delivery options are based on the value of your order. There are 2 delivery options available for Ireland and the Channel Islands:

  1. Shipping will take around 3 - 5 working days for delivery, when the product is in stock.
  2. Fixed Rate Shipping costs are based on the value of your order (including VAT) and are calculated on the payment page based on the value/size of the order and the post code and/or delivery restrictions that may apply.
