COVID UPDATE 2nd November 2020


Following on from the Government announcement, we have seen an increased volume of calls to our customer service centre.


We would like to assure all our customers that we will be continuing business as usual with small changes to protect the welfare of our staff:


• Where possible, please complete orders online to reduce the traffic to our customer service centre, so that we can assist with after service sales matters.


• For the foreseeable future, we are unable to offer collection facilities, to minimise footfall and protect our warehouse team.


• If you are returning items to our warehouse, please contact service@adexa.co.uk so that we can ensure it is safe for you to do so and allocate a time slot.

All office and warehouse visits are by appointment only.


If you have one, please state your order number when calling or emailing us.


Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.


Outside of office hours please contact us via email at service@adexa.co.uk or using the contact form below.


Email is generally the quickest way for you to get a prompt reply to any questions or concerns.


We are closed all bank holidays. Deliveries are not made during these holidays and email replies may take somewhat longer.
