Premium commercial blast chiller / shock freezer. The Adexa BCF60 blast chiller can rapidly chill and freeze food to preserve the taste, texture and nutritional value. By rapidly cooling, this blast chiller reduces the risk of contamination to keep your food safe and prevent waste, helping you to adhere to resturant and catering food hygeine regulations. The BCF60 shock freezer can chill up to 60kg of food from +70°c to +3° in 90 minutes, and freeze up to 39kg from +70° to -18° in 240 minutes.

If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund. Please note this does not apply to B grade items, as these may have existing transport damages.
