Built with a durable anodized aluminum body and a stainless steel blade, it features a belt-driven motor, adjustable slicing thickness, and a built-in sharpening unit for long-lasting precision. Designed with user safety and hygiene in mind, it includes a fixed blade guard and removable carriage for quick cleaning.

Note: Not suitable for slicing frozen products, meat with bone, fish, or non-food items.
