If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If you accept the delivery, this means you are accepting it in good condition and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want to claim after. Therefore, once the delivery document is accepted, we will not be liable for any claimed transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund. Please note this does not apply to B grade items, as these may have existing transport damages.
