This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) sets out the minimum standards and principles that Adexa Direct expects all suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, agents and other business partners (“Supplier”, “you” or “your”) to follow when supplying products or services to Adexa Direct.

The Supplier is responsible for ensuring that the requirements of this Code are communicated to and followed by its employees, workers, agents, subcontractors and relevant members of its supply chain.
