The sandwich-top design includes a full stainless‑steel lift‑up cover made from SS201 (inner and outer), ensuring hygienic protection for chilled ingredients during service. The ventilated cooling system delivers uniform forced‑air circulation throughout the cabinet and the pan compartment, maintaining a reliable temperature range of –2°C to +8°C even during busy service periods.

The unit includes an automatic defrost system (time + temperature), DT‑02B digital thermostat, and both evaporator and condenser fans for consistent performance in demanding Climate Class 4 environments. Constructed with a heavy‑duty stainless‑steel exterior and interior, the counter is durable, easy to clean, and ideal for daily commercial use.

Four adjustable shelves (340 × 560 mm) offer flexible internal storage, while 105 mm castors ensure easy mobility for cleaning and positioning.
