The Adexa FP04D is a compact commercial single-deck pizza oven designed for pizzerias, cafés, takeaways, bars and other food service environments. Suitable for pizzas up to 12 inches, it provides a practical countertop solution for cooking fresh or frozen pizzas as well as baguettes and other baked products.

The cooking chamber uses upper and lower heating elements to provide heat from both sides, while the adjustable thermostat allows the cooking temperature to be set according to the product being prepared. A 0–15 minute timer provides a convenient audible reminder during cooking, and the heating indicator light shows when the oven is actively heating.

The removable drawer and crumb tray arrangement helps make routine cleaning easier, while the compact stainless steel body is well suited to commercial countertops where space is limited.
