The Adexa HP12CT Double Tank Electric Pasta Boiler is a heavy-duty stainless steel unit designed for professional kitchens that demand efficiency and flexibility. With two independent 8L tanks, each fitted with an EGO thermostat and individual power controls, this dual-unit pasta cooker allows simultaneous preparation of different dishes at precise temperatures up to 110°C.
Made entirely from stainless steel for hygiene and durability, it includes four removable pasta baskets for portion control and easy cleaning. The twin drain taps make water emptying fast and safe, while the powerful 3250W + 3250W elements ensure rapid heating and consistent performance.
