Water contained in a tray under the grill generates steam that keeps your food softer and juicer, and because any fat dripping from the food falls into the water, the vapour grill produces far less smoke than conventional restaurant grills. High grilling temperatures combined with steam from the tray under the grill produces soft, succulent food with superb sensory properties.

If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If you sign for the delivery, this means you are accepting it and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want want to claim. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund. Please note this does not apply to B grade items, as these may have existing transport damages.
