The smooth griddle plate is designed for direct-contact cooking, while the freestanding format provides a comfortable working height and a practical undershelf for extra storage. Built in stainless steel for commercial use, the GG36F is designed for durability, easy day-to-day cleaning and dependable performance in busy kitchens. The manual also confirms side and back splash guards, a grease trough with drain hole, a removable grease drawer, and gas burners controlled by safety valves with thermocouple and piezoelectric ignition.
