This griddle is an enamelled steel plate highly appreciated to sear foodstuff. The steel plate is coated with mass enamel. The thickness of the plate is enough to perfectly sear some food like meat, fish and vegetables thanks to quality polishing.

The enamel gives to the steel a better quality of finishing. It is a mass enamel with good resistance to friction. This enamelled coating facilitates the use and cleaning of the device: it is possible to use metal spatulas without altering the plate.

Thanks to its perfectly smooth appearance, the enamelled steel plate allows very good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked. This fry top is widely used in traditional restaurants and food-trucks.
