The Adexa HXHYH4WS is a commercial mobile food service counter designed for hot food display, serving and temporary catering setups. With a bain marie top, heated cupboard storage and overhead gantry, it is suitable for restaurants, hotels, canteens, catering events, buffets and food service areas.

The bain marie section is designed to accommodate up to 150mm deep GN pans, with a layout suitable for 2 x GN1/1, 2 x GN1/2 and 3 x GN1/3 pans. The heated cupboard provides additional warm storage below, with dial controls for top and bottom heating up to 110°C. Built from stainless steel and fitted with castors, this unit is durable, easy to clean and practical to move into position when required.
