The Adexa CCM1 is a compact commercial electric crepe maker designed for cafés, dessert counters, food stalls and catering sites that need fast, consistent results from a small countertop unit. Its 400mm cast iron baking plate provides strong heat retention and even cooking, making it suitable for crepes, pancakes and similar menu items.

With an adjustable temperature range from 50°C to 300°C, the CCM1 gives operators flexible heat control for different products and service speeds. The stainless steel housing is practical for commercial use, while non-slip rubber feet help keep the unit stable during operation. A 350°C overheat cut-out adds extra protection, and a wooden spreader is included for convenience.
