• Your goods are covered by our goods in transit insurance policy. Please carefully check the goods by unpacking them before accepting the delivery. If you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If you accept delivery, this means you are accepting the order as being in good condition and the insurance policy will not cover the transport damages you will want want to claim. Therefore once the delivery is accepted, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund. Please note this does not apply to B grade items, as these may have existing transport damages.

The machine supports a built-in 1.8L water container and can also be used with an external water bottle supply. A double boiler system enables coffee brewing and steam functions to operate independently, ensuring stable temperatures and reliable output even during continuous use.

Powered by a 19-bar Italian ULKA pump, the machine produces excellent crema and consistent espresso extraction. Its compact 240 mm width makes it ideal for countertop use where space is limited, without compromising on functionality.

Designed for ease of cleaning and maintenance, all key components are removable, and low-noise technology ensures quiet operation suitable for front-of-house environments.
